VinAmité Cellars is fully equipped for small-lot, hands-on winemaking, with facilities designed for efficiency, quality control, and future scalability. The production area includes a well-organized crush pad, a temperature-controlled barrel room, and an on-site lab for in-house testing and monitoring throughout the winemaking process.
The winery features a full suite of equipment, including glycol-jacketed stainless steel tanks in a range of sizes, must and wine pumps, hoses, fittings, a certified grape scale, press, crusher-destemmer, and forklift—offering a turnkey setup for everything from harvest to barrel aging. Nearly all production is done on-site, with the exception of filtration and bottling, which are outsourced to mobile service providers as needed.
The lower portion of the onsite storage facility offers secure, temperature-controlled space with a 12-foot ceiling and capacity for approximately 2,000 cases—ideal for inventory management and maintaining wine quality year-round. The upper storage area provides ample room for vineyard equipment and supplies, accessible via a separate entrance to keep operations organized and efficient.

The vineyard spans approximately four acres of the five-acre property and is planted to a thoughtful mix of varietals well-suited to the South Okanagan’s growing conditions. Currently under vine are Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Gamay Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon—each contributing to the winery’s diverse portfolio of small-lot wines.
The vineyard benefits from the region’s warm, dry climate, sandy soils, and ample sunlight, which support optimal ripening and fruit expression. With manageable acreage and mature plantings, the vineyard is ideal for hands-on vineyard management, allowing a future owner to maintain high standards and direct control over quality.
Its compact scale also provides flexibility: maintain the current program, or explore adjustments to clonal selections or vineyard blocks to suit evolving winemaking goals. Existing infrastructure includes a storage area for vineyard tools and supplies, and macro bins for harvest. Whether focused on estate production, quality control, or vineyard expression, the groundwork is in place for continued success.
